Cheating Navy Husband E-6 with E-3

My husband cheated on me with his protege', who are both in the NAVY. He is an E-6 and she is an E-3. I am intent on making their affair known to his command, and could care less what the end result will be as he didn't care enough about me or my life and health to even use a condom. I do not view me informing his command of his sexual relationship with his subordinate as revenge, I see it as a consequence of his irrational actions. I'm at peace with my decision and will be even more at peace when he reaps the fullness of the harvest that he's sewn.
