No Longer Two But One

No longer two but one;
a pledge to each other now begun.
We thank you for the love
which bounds our life:
United as husband and wife.

God has joined us to be one
and we vow till life is done:
to share the joys and through
the storms to pass.

May your light shine in our hearts
and in us Oh Lord impart:
Love and true devotion evermore to last.

No longer two but one;

In our dwelling place we pray:
Keep it safe by night and day,
and guide us Lord.
Protect us Lord.
And from you Lore,
may we never go astray.
