Christian Marriage Restoration, Love, Healing, and Peace: I want my marriage restored so desperately, that it has now affected my life. I need healing for my marriage, and I need my sleep restored I have only been sleeping a few hours per day for the past 3 weeks and it's caused me a lot of depression, anxiety, and fear has griped me. We have been separated almost 4 months. My wife lives in Texas currently, and I'm in B.C. that's Canada, so distance wise it's far, and need to be closer to my wife spiritually, emotionally, and physically. We have been married almost 4 years and it's been rough, but have had good times as well. My anger is the #1 cause of the separation, and I have been seeking counsel, prayer, and healing for this anger issue, as well as the marriage problems, but want to see a marriage counselor, but that's hard to do without your wife present. I am barely angry anymore, could be because of prayer and the fact that I'm sad, and I'm not even angry about our situation, because my sadness is stronger than the anger instead. I have been tormented in my heart as well as in my mind, and my stomach is tense and full of fear that has even crippled me at times. I Have been seeking GOD with prayer and his word, it's tough but I know I have to press on, believe with faith that this storm will soon pass. Please pray for Stefan and Brittany that GOD would restore our marriage that our love for GOD, and be in love with each that the love will overflow, let love be your highest gift, and put in the desire in my wife's heart to want to stay together forever, and work it out with me, and with GOD's help of course. PRAYER FOR THOSE FEELING HURT OR INJURED
Lord God, touch this place with your gentle hand.
Let your peace pour into the soreness,
wash away the pain, heal the damage
and give new strength by your Holy Spirit.
Help us to forgive, to renounce any bitterness or resentment and receive the healing touch of Jesus.
Amen.

PRAYER FOR COURAGE
Dear God, give me courage,
for perhaps I lack it more than anything else.
I need courage before men against their threats
and against their seductions.
I need courage to bear unkindness,
mockery, contradiction.
I need courage to fight against the devil,
against terrors and troubles, temptations,
attractions, darkness and false lights,
against tears, depression, and above all fear.
I need Your help, dear God.
Strengthen me with Your love and Your grace.
Console me with Your blessed Presence
and grant me the courage to persevere
until I am with You forever in heaven.
AMEN.

PRAYER FOR HUSBANDS AND WIVES
Lord, inspire those men and women
who bear the titles "Husband" and "Wife".
Help them to look to You,to themselves
to one another,to rediscover the fullness and mystery they once felt in their union.
Let them be honest enough to ask:
"Where have we been together
and where are we going?
Let them be brave enough to question:
"How have we failed?"
Let each be foolhardy enough to say:
"For me, we come first".
Help them, together
to reexamine their commitment
in the light of Your love,
willingly, openly, compassionately.
AMEN

SPOUSE PRAYER FOR EACH OTHER
Lord Jesus,
grant that I and my spouse may have a true
and understanding love for each other.
Grant that we may both
be filled with faith and trust.
Give us the grace to live
with each other in peace and harmony.
May we always bear with one another's weaknesses
and grow from each others strengths.
help us to forgive one another's failings
and grant us patience, kindness, cheerfulness
and the spirit of placing the well-being
of one another ahead of self.
May the love that brought us together
grow and mature with each passing year.
Bring us both ever closer to You
through our love for each other.
Let our love grow to perfection.
