Depression and Debts in Christian Marriage

Depression and Debts in Christian Marriage: Need help in overcoming/getting through depression and dealing with overwhelming debts.
I have to take off work for two weeks, see a couple of doctors/counselors but without any paid sick leave or vacation, so I'm losing two weeks work, which adds to the stress and debt level.
I'm a former minister that has helped others in the past; weddings, funerals, etc. But, I haven't been able to do anything lately of any real value.
I'm working two PT jobs, one if fine the other is stressful.
I can't explain all that is ongoing but debts due to my wife's breast & skin cancer surgeries, lots of bills, struggling each month just to pay rent, etc.
Eighteen years of christian marriage, she is 64 and I'm 58. She works with kids, is great, a good teacher and guide and my one good job is working with mostly disabled guys, helping them on a job where we load boxes of food onto navy ships.
I met with a DR. Thursday and will be seeing one next week. I had a dream that I was in a maze, along with a lot of other people, we were all going round and round and not able to get out I could see ways to get out but they were high up, i.e. climbing up over a chain linked fence for example
I need s breakthrough not only for myself and my wife but after I'm through to help others again.
