Fight For Family

In this flesh I struggle each day,
I know to hit my knees and pray.
Pray to the One Who saved my soul,
For only in Him am I made whole.
Whole heartedly I only want His will,
For without, the Devil is ready to kill.
Kill my family and rip us apart;
To crush God's name, this is where he may start.
I took for granted the most precious gifts I love,
Spiritually forgetting they came from above.
You see, the Devil came softly, hitting where I was weak. Now it's become personal, but through God I am meek. For my family I will fight, and fight I must! I know God is with me, in Him I will trust.
