GOD restore my husband back to you and restore our marriage: I am praying for my husband of 30 years to end his affair and for both their souls to be saved by GOD. I am asking for GOD to show HIMSELF strong through this reconciliation so that we can leave PROOF of how GOD can change even the deadest of marriages. But most importantly I want us to be USED by GOD as an example that a CLOSE PERSONAL relationship with GOD is what is needed to make it through the rough times and that our faith DOES matter. I pray that our grown children develop a relationship with the LORD and that the CURSE of divorce is removed and the devil doesn't win. We BOTH made horrendous mistakes as I had an affair years ago as well. I asked for forgiveness & never did it again.

I pray for the strongholds of the devil to be removed from my husband's mind as he truly truly believes that GOD has answered his prayers and blessed him with happiness from another woman even though we are still married and uses David and Solomon and how much GOD still loved them after their mistakes and he(my husband) will ask for forgiveness later and still be blessed. He points out others who have been divorced and remarried & how successful & blessed they are. he talks a lot about his personal happiness & how that is what matters. I pray that my relationship with GOD is continually developed & that I stop trying to "HELP" GOD. I pray that someday, somehow that the faith/christian community will begin to realize that marriage and families are under attack and we start praying for revival and restoration of marriages and families. Why is it that people (especially Christians) will tell you to intercede and pray about everything from a wayward child, family members on drugs, health, finances etc but when it comes to marriage everyone says to divorce. what about for better or worse (does that matter) does no one believe that GOD can restore a marriage. GOD is omniscient and omnipotent in everything else EXCEPT marriage restoration. if our child did something horrendous we don't put them up for adoption but let that be our spouse and we are ready to throw them down the road to divorce. PLEASE PLEASE pray for our restoration to happen as proof of what GOD can do in ANY SITUATION. I pray for PRAYER and LOVE to be restored/reignited/renewed in our marriage & we be used by GOD to help others.
