God Save My Marriage: My heart is weary and tired and heart broken because I am currently deployed to Iraq and me and my wife keep having issues. My wife won't let go of the past before we met. I used to go to clubs and all that was a waste of time I've done things that I truly regret. Ever since I met my wife my eyes have only been for her.She has lots of trust issues and she accuses me a lot of liking other women,accuses me of missing the past but I don't miss any of it. In reality i hate my past and if you God gave me the power I would change the past.Our fights have turned bitter and me being away makes things harder to deal with.I love her with all my heart,but she is insecure about herself and that's why i think she lets her negative thoughts get the best of her.I need your help O Lord, I need you in my life,transform our marriage from a bitter place into a great marriage. I know she loves me but she just can't let go of the past,she thinks i miss the past but I don't. She thinks I'm lying to her and it hurts because i am being honest with her. God give me the strength to help restore this marriage. In the name of Jesus I pray Amen!
