Help Me Pray for Marriage Restoration: My Husband and I have been separated for four months now. We are going to counseling. Our Pastor suggested that it is best that we stay separated and work on ourselves. I don't agree, how can we fix our marriage if we are living under separate roofs? All this is doing is creating distance and mistrust between us.

If marriage was created in the same image as Christ and the church then it cant be fixed, because you cannot fix your relationship with God if you are away from him, and I truly believe this applies. I don't understand why our Pastor would suggest this. I love her and respect her but I believe that she is wrong. I need my husband to come home, so that we can work on our marriage. Please help me pray for the restoration of my marriage.
