Help recovering from infidelity

Help recovering from infidelity: I pray that God will help me get through this. It has been two years and I am still an emotional wreck. I thought I was doing well until I went to visit him at work and saw him with a female coworker. Then it was like I was sent right back to the moment I learned of his affair. He had an affair with a coworker and seeing him just standing there with a female coworker was almost more than I could bear.

God help me learn to trust, as I feel as if I am going crazy. Help me not to worry, 24 hours a day, that he is cheating again.
