How to Save a 17 year Marriage. I love my husband but I am not physically attracted to him. (I am 39 and he is 46)He's been overweight for most of our marriage. I know that he loves me and desires me. Also, he no longer gets an erection and he still expects for me to want to be intimate with him. I can't pretend how I feel and I'm tired of him groping me. This is really difficult because I have had to resist temptation from other men, and thoughts of infidelity, or just ending my marriage all together.

He isn't serious about losing weight at all. He's mostly interested in making money. Even in the past when we were intimate, he would do things that I didn't even like, instead of learning what interests me. Marriage is really hard.

I want to improve my marriage and I would much rather remain with my husband than to start all over with someone I don't even know. My prayer is that the intimacy is restored and that my husband dwells with me with knowledge and wisdom from the word.
