TAKE THE 30 DAY CHALLENGE!

Girls, I love you dearly, but I love my husband beyond words. He really is the perfect man for me; the man I never thought would ever find me. Is he perfect? No, but neither am I.

But recently I was thinking about how we girls sometimes fall into the trap of spending far too much time meditating on what our husbands are NOT, and not enough time remembering the good things about them.

Yes, the good things! Our husbands are good men, otherwise we would not have married them.

But sadly, sometimes we take them for granted. So, here's the deal. I want to invite all of you to participate in the "I Love My Husband Challenge".

Here's how it works:

Each day for the next 30 days you are to e-mail or text your husband one thing that you love about him. It can be whatever you like, but try not to make it all about his physical appearance. Go deeper and really explore your feelings about him as a person.

Just one a day for the next 30 days. Won't he be surprised and delighted to know that he is still the king of your heart.
Talk about an ego boost!

Not easy but worth it

Yah, this is no child's play! There are days when we have had an argument and i feel like not talking to him but then remember the challenge and tell him what i like about him. then it blows off.

this is another aid to quickly resolve matters after an argument ONCE YOU HAVE TALKED THINGS THRU!!

am in day 9 today, it's not easy but it's WORTH IT!!

I am getting married in December. God has placed this Christian man into my life. I want to be the wife to him that the Bible commands me to be. So I am taking this challenge for life. We all have a story and my life has changed through Christ. I never want my soon to be husband to feel taken for granted. I will love him and we will keep God as an active member of our relationship. Secret Lovers

We have created 'secret' email accounts that are only for each other. We send private messages throughout the day. Sometimes it's just normal day to day things - but after some use of the accounts (mine is flirtylicious; his is hotrod)we have become open in our desires with one another. It has created some really HOT nights; and we even began taking off one afternoon a month to have 'xtra hot' sex. It really is amazing. We need that kind of connection with one another regularly.

30 Days to a Better Marriage

This is different! But I too am up for a challenge. My husband and I have been married for 2 1/2 years and we have a beautiful 6 month old baby boy. I have gained weight over the years and some due to pregnancy. I haven't been feeling like my usual sexy self and as a result, we haven't been intimate in a while. We argue all the time and it seems like my husband doesn't want to understand what I'm going through. I am partly to blame and I will do this to save my marriage. I am really excited about doing this. My husband and I have been married for three years and he had an affair before we were married even a year. I was ready to give up but the Lord answered my prayers and softened my heart. My husband has been trying really hard to battle sexual addiction with the Lord's help and guidance and has been more of a support to me, than me to him. MY husband and i have been married 30 years 3 beautiful daughters and 2 grandsons . and i love my husband with all my heart , we never go to sleep without telling each other i love you . my philosophy is you can be here one minute and gone the next, so my husband my family and i always tell each other i love you . he works weekends 12 hour shifts i always write him a note just silly things between us ,then he leaves a reply for me to read when i get up in the morning. So yes what a fantastic ideal to text him every day for the next thirty days.

We are coming from a difficult month. I discovered my husband cheated on me the first year of our marriage. I have been hurting for a whole month I am seeking healing,then i realized my husband also needs it, he is so sorry trying hard to make up, sometimes I feel I have pushed him away when he wants to talk. I hope this will make up for all the damage

I am so glad that there are christian wives to help us increase our love for our spouses. Day by day i am still amazed that God would bless me with a mate. Some days are challenging but i know that he is going to see us through no matter what. This is a God idea and I am taking this Challenge!

I like this idea - and I'm going to do it. After nearly 21 years of marriage, my husband has told me he is unhappy and he doesn't even know if he wants to stay married - mostly because of the struggles we've been through and his negative perception that "things will never change". I've already sent him an e-mail today and I'm praying that it will work, because I love him dearly and I do not want our marriage to end. I covet your prayers, ladies - we know that the prayers of righteous people are powerful, and even if my husband is resistant to trying to work things out at this point, he cannot resist God and the prayers that will be lifted up on our behalf.

I was pleasantly surprised to read your challenge. :) ...Why? For our anniversary last year, I gave my husband a journal (the one he gave me for our anniversary the year before, actually...paper, hehe). In it, I had written something I love about him everyday since he gave me the journal the year before. One full year.

This was actually quite an undertaking because not only was it for 365 days, but around that time, we were having a lot of problems. So, not only was this a gift about which my husband couldn't put his feelings into words, but it also forced me to write something nice about my husband every day during that difficult time.

He still can't fully express his feelings about the gift and I think it definitely played a part in how well our marriage is doing now... Which is VERY well. :)

I am up for the challenge. We will be building our husbands up as we do this. The Bible tells us that life and death are in the power of the tongue. So when we tell them something good about them everyday we are speaking life over them. As we all know that anything given life can thrive. We are definitely edifying our husbands to the glory of God and in turn edifying ourselves because we are one with our mate, the one flesh principle. What a great Idea the challenge is. I have known my husband since we were 6 years old. I loved him ever since. We have truly been blessed to be married for 12yrs & we have 5 beautiful children. My body was invaded by cancer, but with God & surgery I'm victorious over that battle. Cancer was an eye opener for me, it showed me that life can be interrupted at anytime. It was also a blessing because before it I was taking care of everybody else, kids, house, everyday thing that us mothers take care of but I wasn't taking care of the most important person in my life, my best friend, my lover, the love of my life, my HUSBAND. Don't get me wrong I take good care of him but I feel that there's more that I can do and I vow to do it. So yes girls I'm in and I will try anything else you have for us to try.

My husband and I have come at a cross road in our relationship of 19yrs, We both found ourselves atracted to other individuals, and while openning up to our feelings and concerns for our marriage, he stated that he had several sexual relationships with other women years ago while married to me.
