Is Living Together Okay

Question: Is Living Together Okay? My partner and I have two children together but have never been married and have been on and off for years. I have rededicated to church and he is in the process, we've just got back together.(were planning to marry) We are planning to live together as a family by i am anxious as i am not sure its right as christian. I don't know what to do.

Answer: Hello Ruthie. Living together outside of marriage is not acceptable for Christians. Even though the two of you already have children together, this can not be used as a reason to continue sinning. Especially since you have rededicated your lives to Christ. We suggest the two of you get married first, and then move in together. Start things off the right way. The Godly way so that you, your husband, your home, and your children will be blessed.
