Jeff's Christian Prayer Request
by Jeff

My wife and I have been married almost 13 years. Up until a few months ago, she considered our marriage a 10. She moved in with our daughter and her boyfriend about 7 weeks ago because she needed to have some space to figure things out. We do not and have not argued or caused the other harm. We have three children, the youngest is a senior in high school. We have been raising our 2 1/2 year old granddaughter since she was 3 weeks old. There seems to be no logical reason for my wife to not be at home. She even says she doesn't know why she is unhappy.
Friday, March 19th, she told me she has filed for divorce. She said she does not want to be married to me anymore, but doesn't know why. I, at first refused to sign anything. Then, God shut my mouth; and my wife and I talked about our life, etc. When we finished, I told her that if she would talk to God everyday until Monday, the 29th, and could come back to me to tell me that she believed God told her that we should not be married, I would sign the papers.
I don't believe that she can do that because God hates divorce; however, I continue to have this vision of Satan sitting on her head just pounding her to the point that she can not hear God's voice. We have been involved leaders in our church since our marriage began. She has fallen away somewhat in the last couple of years for various reasons. I believe that God will bring her back home; however, I want Him to do it before she goes through with the divorce so that we don't have to go through that valley as well.
I am asking prayer for her to hear God's voice 1000 times louder than Satans and that God will get Satan off of her head so that she will return home. I love her more than my next breath, and she says she still loves me. The woman talking about divorce is simply not my wife. Satan has jumped on her so hard that she is helpless. Please ask God to get Satan off of her.
