Lord Save My Marriage: My wife is leaving me, she claims she loves me but needs her independence. Our court date is 9-20-2010-at 3:00. I pray that god can intervene. We need a miracle that only the all mighty can provide. I truly believe He will! I pray that the Lord can soften her heart enough to save my family from this horrible event.

Marriage Restoration

I just want to share with you what I have gone through. It may help you to stay strong knowing that things do workout for those who trust in God. I know just what you are feeling. My husband is back now almost a yr. He was in an adulterous relationship with his oldest son's mother. They were never married but did have a son 24 yrs ago.
All I can say is God is faithful. I experienced so much pain because my husband is my best friend. One day he was gone, he had moved all his stuff when I was at work. We didn't have an argument or anything. I came home to a note that said he loved me but had to leave. Satan is very busy trying to destroy marriages. He knows that 2 in the Lord is stronger than 1. My husband is a christian and a recovering alcoholic/addict. He was sober for almost 17 yrs and had picked up drinking when all this started. I can't tell you how hopeless I felt but I just held on to God by strings. I contacted every prayer site I could find and asked people to pray for my marriage. God is not a liar. I also went through problems with my teenager.We are still going through with him. He wanted to kill himself etc. I had to hospitalize him while all this was happening and also I had to move back with my parents who didn't want me to stay there. I paid them while I was there for 6 months. My automobile died and I felt so alone. I am telling you this because God is faithful. Pray for the holy spirit to convict your husband of his adultery. Pray for him and for the other person involved. I am still praying for God to remove those ill feelings towards the other woman because they are still there and I know God does not want me to hold any unforgiveness in my heart. This woman was always in the wings for 16 years planting seeds of discord. She says she is a christian. She told my husband God brought him to her. We have to stand on God's word. God doesn't change his word for our convenience. That's all I could do was cry out to him. The devil doesn?t stop but I know what God has put together nothing can tear it apart. The devil is still attacking my family through my son. I bind that spirit of hopelessness and suicide in the mighty name of Jesus. Please keep our family in prayer also. It seems like when I share about how God has put my family back together, then all you know what breaks loose. I know the devil is a liar and God will keep my family together and we will serve him and be happy and love each other. We war not against flesh and blood but against powers principalities and spiritual wickedness in high places. I started quoting scripture at the devil and also telling God what he said in his word. It helped to get it in my spirit. I will pray for you because I know too well what you are going through. God bless you and hold on to God's word because his word is truth and his grace is sufficient.
