Lost on what to do in my Christian marriage

Lost on what to do in my Christian marriage:I am married to a great husband (who gave his heart to the Lord about 5 months ago and is trying hard to do better) with a temper. He helps me when I am sick and even when I am not with cleaning and cooking and asking to rub my feet. But we have problems. One big thing we fight over is our Child who has Oppositional Defiant Disorder,Anxiety, and ADHD. We have prayed for her, over her, taken her to the alter, many things to try and help. We all go to a psychiatrist for family help about her. Like I said before my husband has a temper and he yells and screams at her. His way of parenting is more the child is seen and not hear. Which is not going to work for a child with problems. My problem is I have Depression and Anxiety. So I cant handle the loudness and the fight that always goes on so I know end up flipping out on my Husband over something she did. We have fought so bad to were we have hit each other. He always comes back and says sorry I lost my temper. We also have another child he is 19 months old. I know I am rambling and I am sorry. My little girl is bad at school, at home, at church, if we go out, everywhere we go. We also have my mom and grandmother that live across the street that play a negative roll with my little girl. They don't listen to any of our rules. But if I don't bring her over at least once a week they yell at me and tell me how bad I am. We also have money problems. I also have self esteem problems and think my husband is always going to cheat which he hates me being like that. I think I covered all the basics if not God knows.. I am so lost on what to do.. all I can do is cry I just need your prayers and I need God to come through for my family.
