Marriage Prayer Request for Reconciliation. My husband and I are separated. He has said he wants a divorce. He had been having an affair for about a year. The affair has apparently ended and the OP has reconciled with her husband. My husband has continued to say that he is not open to reconciliation. Certain members of his family and a few friends have been encouraging divorce. His “best friend” and twin sister spend an extreme amount of time with him. The best friend and sister have been in an adulterous relationship together and he is now divorced. His sister has always been jealous of my relationship with him, and she has done everything she can to try to break us up since we were engaged. His Mom also has been influencing him negatively. He has also begun to hang around other people who call themselves Christians, but lack integrity in their personal lives. Please pray that my husband’s eyes are open to any deception; that any ungodly soul ties are severed; that God brings godly friends with good counsel into his life. Please pray that God softens his heart and gives him the strength to choose God’s Will, no matter what anyone else thinks. Please pray for the miracle of total and complete restoration of our marriage. Please pray that God would continue to strengthen me and give me hope and faith for a miracle. Thank you!
