Marriage restoration and stopping of divorce: My wife has moved out of our apartment and I have not seen her in 3 1/2 weeks. The only contact that I have with her is through email and that is only when she feels like responding. She says she wants a divorce and that our marriage can never be happy again.

We have had problems in the past, I cheated on her before we got married and she found out after we were married. She then had a 3 month affair with her boss and then quit her job to work on our marriage. Her aunt gave her some bad advice and told her that since we didn't have kids that there was nothing holding her to me.

I believe that God can restore our marriage. Please pray that he will speak to her and soften her heart and drive the idea of divorce out of her heart. Pray that God makes our sins known to us and bring us to our knees to repent to Him. I pray that God will bring her home and let me be the husband that He intended me to be for her.
