Marriage Separation Help

Marriage Separation Help: In need strength and an older Godly woman that I can talk to. I have no one to talk to but my journal and God. I need to hear God speak to me through a more louder voice, than my conscious. Just for now. I need to hear him loud and clear. My husband and I are getting separated after 16 years of marriage. Just years of bad problems consistently. Now that it is more definite he is getting more disrespectful, more nasty, more mean, more uncooperative than he ever was. But in order for my heart to heal, I need time away from him. The moment I forgive, he may go a month, being kind and generous, understanding, listening, soft spoken, but then he changes again. Prayer for me and him to receive strength and direction from God. I feel like I am going to go into a depression which I am fighting. I cannot home school, I do not feel like cooking. I asked to help me these next few days find healthy quick foods that the kids can prepare and he answered my prayer, a doctor friend from church saw me coming out of the pediatrician office, he was carrying some left over food from a doctor's meeting and asked if I wanted it. I said yes. Enough to get us through the next 2-3 days. I know he is listening. I just do not want to go into another depression where I will not eat and get real skinny. God please help me right now. Please speak loud and clear to me!
