Marrying a Single Mother

Question: Is it advisable for a Single guy to marry a Single mother. On getting closer to her I found out she has a baby out of wedlock. We are friends but I have feelings for her and my own relationship is not working.

Answer: Any decision you make in life should be preceded by prayer. With that being said, you should not marry anyone without praying and first asking God what He thinks about it. There is nothing wrong with marrying a single mother. I (Wanda) was a single mother of two boys when I married Michael. Has it been a challenge? Most definitely, because he had no prior experience with children. But God's grace is sufficient in all things. So, go to God my brother and seek his will for your life.
