My husband is having an emotional affair

My husband is having an emotional affair: We have been married for 5 1/2 years. We have know each other for 6 1/2 years. We have no kids. I just want the lord to help my husband make the right decision in God's eyes. I love my husband so much. He just told me that he has been talking to another woman. She is not even in this country. He has an emotional attachment to her and is contemplating whether to pursue her or stay with me. He's so confused over this person and I don't understand. We have had our problems in the past but I would never have suspected that he would do this to me. Please Lord help him. He needs you and I need You.

I pray for you Kaye that you will draw your strength from our Lord Jesus. There is nothing that prayer cannot touch...keep praying and it will touch your husband's heart. Sometimes we pray what we desire to see in our husband...but let's pray that we will see what GOD DESIRES to happen in our husband's lives. Lift up in prayer, his desired,his affection,his thoughts. I believe in the power of prayer. It has worked in my life.I know it will work wonders in your life as well. God bless you. Have faith.

I so understand what you are going thru, my husband "befriended" a female which I feel that he is having an emotional affair with her. He says that they are only friends but I have seen emails and text messages that she sent him. I feel that there are certain things you do not tell a married man. Please know that you are in my prayers and God continues to give you the strength that you need. Do not lose your faith. May God continue to Bless you.

Father Lord God, in the name of Jesus, I just ask and pray that you will please touch this couple and open their eyes in the Spirit. Lord God show the husband who he has at home, remove any desire that he may have to seek this woman or anyone else who is not his wife and I pray please put a hunger inside of him for his wife. And Lord, I pray you will speak to the wife right now and show her all that she needs to know, and anything that may have been missed. Please mend and heal these two together so that your perfect will may be done in Jesus name, AMEN.
