My marriage is falling apart by the day

My marriage is falling apart by the day. My husband and I have only been married for 11 months in Aug. and things have been really rough. we haven't been living together for almost 2 months and he told me yesterday that he wanted me to go get divorce papers. we have both had a rough life, but he has not received any help for his addictions or problems from his past. we are both christian and he just wants to give up when things get hard. I am not one to give up easily when things get rough and don't want to give up this battle. I don't want a divorce, being apart breaks my heart enough and I don't want to be displeasing to the Lord. i know he has brought us together to do great things. my husband refuses to get help and I know it is holding back his potential of being a great man of God he is suppose to be. I fell like I have tried and tried to make things work but he doesn't even want to put effort into things so that our marriage will survive. he is more worried about spending time with his family and bisexual friends then he is with our marriage. I know God can over come anything and there is hope for our marriage despite what people tell us. if you could please pray for our marriage and my husband getting help it would be a blessing. thank you so much!!
