My prayer is for forgiveness and marriage reconciliation

My prayer is for forgiveness and marriage reconciliation: My wife and I had spent the better part of 25 years in a wonderful marriage, with healthy and righteous children when I suffered a severe depression, and left her with the burden of taking care of our family; financially, emotionally and spiritually. She did an amazing job, but in the meantime developed anger and resentment for my not being there for her and the kids. She filed for divorce, and though I have recovered, never shares her heart with me. She has moved on, and I still care as much for her as ever.

I pray that she will allow her heart to not only forgive, but forget our past differences, and make a concerted effort to re-engage ourselves in each other's lives, and find peace and joy through the Lord. Amen
