Online Christian Marriage Prayer Requests. Hi. My name is john and would like to request a prayer of peace and healing. My wife and I have been fighting since 3 months after we got married. We are both saved. We have tried counseling. It has come to both of us that we need to end it. For 8 months I have had to endure emotional and physical abuse and neglect from my wife. The breaking point was when she came close to committing adultery but was stopped because she was dangerously drunk. The pain is so unbearable. Sacrificing so much for her, only to be met with conflict. She feels guilty for what she done for the year we have been married. But also the fact that she confessed to me that she married me for the wrong reasons. This decision for our divorce is mutual. Though, she had wanted divorce long before this, my spirit is crippled from the emotional trauma and the physical attacks from her. It pains me that I entered marriage in joy, only to end in pain. I know that my conscience is clear in the fact that I did everything Biblicaly possible to save my marriage. So, I am requesting prayer for peace and restoration of my spirit for my journey to healing in God's grace and mercy.
