Please pray for my husband and our 30 year troubled marriage

Please pray for my husband and our 30 year troubled marriage: My husband and I have been married 30 years. We are both Christians. He has been a pastor in the past. There are many problems, but the one that burdens me right now is he has started drinking. He says it just socially(although I personally don't agree with that either) but on several occasions he has gotten drunk. I grew up seeing how alcohol can destroy lives. I was determined to find a spouse who had character not to drink. He even drinks on occasion with our son who is 26. I believe in my commitment and I don't want to divorce but I also DON'T want to live with someone who drinks. He does not drink in our home. I would never allow that, but just the same I so hate it. He lies to me about it and about how much. I feel like I can't trust him and where he goes to get the drinks is not a good place to be.

We also have disagreements about how he deals with our grown children. We have 4 grown children. They are all pretty good kids. Two of my children say they hate him, our oldest son and youngest daughter. My second son(the one he drinks with) tends to go along with his Dad. My oldest daughter tries to stay neutral but cries and hurts so much. My oldest son and my husband are partners in a business and they have many disagreements. They BOTH are wrong. I take no one's side. My son recently took some drastic measures in the business without consulting my husband. My husband was very hurt and very angry and physically attacked my son in a public place and three men had to pull him off my son. My son did not physically retaliate. This has caused alot of problems in the family. There is more I could tell. I am just so sick of it all.
