Please Pray for Reconciliation of My Christian Marriage: I am going through a separation at this time. The person that I was with for 13 years and father of my 12yr old son and 7yr old daughter left the house a month ago. I acknowledge that I might of said some things to him that were out of line but we've had problems in the past and have been always able to work through them. I have asked him to please forgive me and I have prayed to God to forgive me for anything that I said to him that was out of line and to please work things out. At times it seems like he does want to work things out but as soon as he gets a phone call gets up and leaves and like he doesn't have a family anymore that loves and cares for him. I miss him and so do the children. He does not want to work things out for the reason that I think he might be with someone else already. The children and I are having a very hard time. It has affected my son a great deal and also my daughter. I have talked to him to try to work it out and be the family that once were before. Can you please pray for us and let him see that we (myself,daughter and son)miss him a great deal. I want him to be with us and continue raising our family just like we were before he left. He's been doing a lot of drinking and going out, and deep in my heart I don't think he is happy like that, because he was always the kind of man that liked being out with the family.
