Prayer For Infidelity In My Marriage: I am praying for God to heal the pain, disappointment, and betrayal I feel against my husband. I am asking for prayer for the missing communication between us, and that both my husband and I will allow the Holy Spirit to change our ways, and let us honor each other once again. We need the happiness and devoted love back in our relationship. According to my husband, there has not been sexual infidelity, but there is emotional infidelity. He has been communicating with another woman from his past. I pray that the phone communication with this woman ends right now, and that the Lord will convict our hearts to desire to due his will. I pray that my husband will start going back to church with me, praying, and having bible study again to allow God to strengthen us. I pray for no more secrets and lies in our relationship, and for the friendship and companionship to be mended. I pray for the confusion my husband is experiencing right now. I pray that we will regain the respect for one another in our marriage, and that we live in the will of God. My husband has experience some unfortunate situation in his life, since he was a child. His mother died when he was 11 years old, and his father has been in prison for most of my husband's life, and there are not vey many believers of Christ in the rest of his family. There has been some divorces,and drug addictions that have destroyed lives within both our families, and I pray that God will protect us from the stronghold of that lifestyle. Neither one of us has been married before, but he does have children from a previous relationship, and I have a good relationship with them, and I pray that it does not get destroyed, and that their father and I can continue to love one another and be a living example of God's goodness and love.
