Prayer to Save Marriage and Soften Husbands Heart

by DivineDiva4God

Prayer to Save Marriage and Soften Husbands Heart: Father God, I come to you as a sinner. No one is perfect but You. Praise and Glory be to your name. It is your grace and mercy that has gotten my family this far and it is your grace and mercy that will continue to keep us together. Lord, I have asked for forgiveness for cheating on my husband, but now my husband wants a divorce and states that he can't forgive me. Lord, I pray that you bless me with the knowledge to become a Proverbs 31 woman. Show me where I'm weak so that I can work on those areas and become strong. Show me the areas that where I'm weak in my husband's eyes and strengthen me to become stronger. I confess that I haven't been the wife that you called me to be. Please forgive me. Please convict my heart of any sins especially against my husband so that I will feel guilty, repent, and ask for forgiveness. Father God, please replace my husband's bitterness, rage, anger, frustration, distrust, unforgiveness, and impatience with kindness, love, compassion, trust, peace, happiness, and forgiveness. Lord as he lays down to sleep, show him visions of what his future will be like if he becomes closer to you and doesn't choose divorce. Show him how abundantly he will be blessed if he just allowed you to captivate his mind, heart, spirit, and soul. Thank you so much for my husband and please continue to bless him in all areas of his life. Convict his heart of any wrongdoing so that he will confess and ask for forgiveness as well. Place a hedge of thorns around him so that he is shielded from evil influences, harm, and ungodly counsel. What God has joined together, let no man put asunder and I'm submitting my marriage over to you Lord. In Jesus Name and for his sake...Amen.

I am in the same situation my husband and I have only been separated 2 months but he says he cant look back. He has asked to pcs away from me and the kids.We did not have an abusive marriage or one that involved infidelity that I'm aware. His mother does not approve and he will not leave for she has been his only constant in his life but was not the best influence. I ask God to look into his heart and soften what is hard break the chains that have bound him give him a crown of thorns to keep away evil open his eyes to see what his divine plan is his ears to hear his blessing and that his tongue will speak truth. I pray for all troubled marriages can see the light of hope with our faith.

Praying for you

Your prayer touched me. I am in the same situation that you are in. Because of my husband's depression, he has been distant from me for over a year. No intimacy or anything. I came to him repeatedly and asked him is it me or what can I do. He said it was him, his stress and that I needed to be patient. I told him that it's not so much about the sex but it's more the intimacy. We we aren't affectionate with each other it makes me feel like something is wrong.

He never listened to me and I wound up in a vulnerable position the devil put me in and I sinned. He was devastated and was so hurt and angry. Although he sinned while we were in a relationship, I cheated will we were married and he views that as the "bigger sin". I feel you, I really do. I literally begged this man to hold me and he wouldn't. I was so vulnerable. I asked God to forgive me and I asked my husband to forgive me. He said that he did, but that doesn't mean he has to continue with the marriage. I am heartbroken and will do anything to restore my marriage. Let's pray for each other.

Broken Marriage

I thank the Lord for this prayer, because right now I am in a battle fighting for my marriage. I have been living separately from my spouse for almost 2 years and it seems like things just keep getting worst. I am a young wife with three kids and I desire to have my husband in my life. My husband has asked God to harden his heart and he states he no longer wants to be with me and he wants a divorce. I totally disagree because I know what God has promised me. I know it is nothing impossible with God if I continue to hold on and hold out. I will pray for you and your marriage and do the same for mines. Have a bless day

Husband keeps secrets
by: Monique

My husband keeps secrets, most God himself has revealed to me, but he doesn't want to talk about it and I really want to separate. I prayed and left my marriage in God's hands.

Amen
