Restoration for a Christian marriage and restoration for me: My husband and me married three years ago. I had commited to God that I would love my husband. He said he was a Godly man but after we got married he wanted nothing to do with God. I ended up being depressed and he started looking at child pornograpy which I didn't know about right away.

Anyway he wouldn't show any emotional love for me and it threw me into deeper depression because he wouldn't change no matter how I tried to talk to him about me needing emotional love. Anyway to make a long story short he was having a affair and said he loved her. He said he thought the love would grow for me when we got married but it never did. So he kicked me out of the house so he could be with her.

I pray every day for God to restore me I go through life acting like everything is ok but truth be told I'm broken!! I pray for my husband and for our marriage to be fixed but to no avail he wants nothing to do with me!! I'm going through the motions of church, work, school and volunteer work but still feel so broken, unloved, unwanted, and alone!

I know God feels all these voids in my life but some days are very over whelming. My first marriage ended after 23years. It was a very abusive marriage. He left me for another woman. Now my second marriage only lasted 3 years. Sad thing is I don't even believe in divorce. I'm at the point were I just want to be in Heaven but I guess God's got other plans because he has not taken me home yet.

BE STILL AND KNOW THAT I AM GOD!

My sister, I know the pain, the hurt, the betrayal, the heartache, the anger and the frustration.

My husband and I have been separated for almost 4 months - his ex wife came back on the scene. I was so pushed over the edge I told him to leave and go to her.
We have a small baby together.
I was 4.5 yrs old when my parents divorced - so I am so torn between all the hurt and pain.
My heart aches for my son. He is so the pride and joy in my life - such a breath of fresh air from the Heavens above.

I pray and ask the Lord to give us peace in our hearts, to make us still and listen to His Word - and for His Will and Work and Purpose to be done.
Be strong and hold your head up high!

Patience

My prayer for you is you continue to find comfort in the word of GOD. When you prayed to GOD to send your husband, you had no idea that your marriage would be under attack. Look to the hills from which all your help comes. Keep the faith and continue to do what you do now, Keep a smile on you face and a song in your heart. If this is what you truly want, keep praying for your marriage and when your husband realizes that truly you are a GODLY woman he will return!

My prayer for you is to never give up on yourself. I pray that you find peace in the mist of this storm and know that God will never leave nor forsaken you. I also pray that you get in a quiet place listen to Gods voice he has a word for you. Seek him daily and trust him so he can direct your path. Sissy, I am going through the same thing. My husband left me for another woman a few months ago. Baby girl, I know it hurts. I cry out to God all the time. I also pray for yours and my marriage to be restored. Honey, don't give up! That is exactly what the devil wants you to do. Instead, keep praying for your husband and your marriage. Claim Mark 10:9 over your marriage. "What God has joined together let no man separate". Be still, and know God is God. He is a God of restoration, and he is still on his throne!! I pray that God will give you peace and strength, and for him to soften your husband's heart to your marriage. In Jesus' mighty name. Amen!
