Scott Needs Your Marriage Prayers

My wife and I fight because of communication. I am not good at it, and I am very non-confrontational. I will say something (or not say something when I should have) and she will get mad and leave the room. I, who avoids conflict, will sit around and cool off for 30 minutes before trying to go talk again. Then I'll say something that she will take wrong, and I just see it as my words being more hurtful, so I don't want to say anything more. Which pisses her off because I don't communicate.

Father we Love you and we thank you for you are a perfect God. Lord you didnt make any mistake in creating us Lord. Therefore Father we know that the way you made us that only you can use us. Lord we pray that you will give us your heart and how to communicate with our spouses. Lord teach us how to understand and listen God. Lord its our desire that you bless this marriage, that you open up the lines of communication between this couple so they can hear each others heart. Father teach us our spouses communication language, their love language God. We know that you created us and therefore you know how we listen, talk and understand. So God we thank you in advance for your Love, Clarity and your wisdom concerning this matter. In Jesus Name.
