Survivng Adultery is Possible

by Shirley
(New Iberia, LA)

Surviving Adultery is Possible. Although the discovery of adultery by your spouse sends you into a tail spin, you must really rely on God to help you walk through such a painful process. If you allow God to work on you and pray for the wayward spouse, you will begin to see things from a different perspective. Transformations will be very evident in your life; you'll begin to operate with more mercy, love, peace, joy and the other attributes of God's Spirit. What makes this possible? You've submitted these issues to God; he makes all things possible to work for your good. Praise the Lord!

@What Do You Do
by: Min. Wanda

Dear @What Do You Do: Why are you allowing your husband to continue treating you in this manner? You may feel that you are doing the noble thing by allowing your husband to continue down this path but the truth is this, no matter how much you love your husband; 1.) every relationship needs boundaries. Thus, there must be boundaries set in your marriage. There is an old saying that says "we teach people how to treat us" and this is so true; and 2.) there must be repentance before reconciliation can take place. If your husband is unrepentant, the breach in your marriage will not be repaired. Regarding cheating in marriage, reconciliation simply can not take place without repentance.

WHAT DO YOU DO?
by: Anonymous

What do you do when you want your cheating husband to trust in God and to rely on Him to help your marriage and he refuses to give up his girlfriend? What do you do when you love him and want it to work and want to trust in the Lord and he has let Satan and his disciples control him and refuses to believe that they are Satan's helpers and he upholds everything that they do and puts down everything you do and makes you feel like dirt beneath his feet and makes you feel like the other woman? What do you do when he has your neighbor receiving love letters from his girlfriend for him and all his facebook friends encouraging him to cheat, regardless of who it hurts?

Thank You Shirley
by: Tamara

I really needed to hear this this morning. My husband Craig left me for another woman a couple months ago and things didn't work out between them . He went back to doing drugs and even got arrested since he's been gone. He called me and asked for my help so I drove him to his old rehab for men. Now he is around clean and sober men. He says he still has feelings for me but needs some time. Please pray for us. I pray he comes back to God first and I pray for our marriage to be restored. God Bless you Shirley! Tamara
